How to Enable Multilanguage on Your Ordering Dashboard

The Multilanguage feature helps you offer a localized experience for your global customers.

Where to Find It

You can configure your available languages directly from your Ordering Dashboard:

  1. Log into your Ordering.co account.

  2. From the left-side menu, go to Settings.

  3. Click on Languages (as shown in the image above).

How to Activate and Configure Languages

Once you're in the Languages section:

  • You'll see a list of available languages.

  • To activate a language, toggle the switch in the "Status" column.

  • To set a default language, click the radio button under “Default”.

  • You can activate multiple languages, but only one can be the default.

Example

Let’s say your business is based in the U.S. but also serves customers in Mexico and Germany. You can enable English, Spanish, and German, and set English as the default. Customers will automatically see your platform in the language based on their browser settings.
