Sometimes, getting the Apps in the stores can be a little tricky. Let us show you how to get this Done in just a few minutes.

For Starters: Get Ready to Publish

The publishing process in Google Play can be a lot quicker if you have all of the store listing content complete and available before you start. So when you're ready to publish your app, here are the items you should have available:

  • Your final Android application file (APK) to be uploaded. It must be under 50MB in size to be accepted.

  • The title for your app (max 30 characters).

  • A description of your app (max 4000 characters).

  • High-res icon, 512 x 512 32-bit PNG (with alpha).

At least 2 screenshots are required overall (Max 8 screenshots per type), JPEG or 24-bit PNG (no alpha). Min length for any side: 320px. Max length for any side: 3840px. (You can upload a maximum of 8 screenshots per type. Types include "Phone", "7-inch tablet" and "10-inch tablet".)

  • Optional items that can be updated later include:

  • Optional promo text (80 characters) and promo graphic. Promo graphic needs to be 180w x 120 h -JPG or 24-bit PNG (no alpha).

  • Screenshots: Only 2 are required, but you can upload a maximum of 8 screenshots per type. Types include "Phone", "7-inch tablet" and "10-inch tablet".

  • Feature graphic: 1024w x 500h JPG or 24-bit PNG (no alpha).

On this zip (http://d.pr/f/IYxx5N), you will find all the sizes of the images that the stores will ask you for, you can just set the screens of your app to use it on the stores.

Create app

Once you've registered, you can log in to your Google Play Developer account and begin publishing your application via the "Create app" button.

The first thing you'll see is a dialog asking for information of your app.

You need to add the name of your app, your language and in the app choice, you need to select app.

Scroll down the page, and you need to select the free app option. After that, in declarations, you need to check the two last options "Confirm app meets the developer progam policies" and "Accept US export laws"

Download and upload your APK file

After the creation of your app, go to the left side of the panel and click on Production.

You will see the next window, first, made a click on Releases and then, on Create new release

Then, in the next window, select the option Manage preferences

In the next window, select Opt out and save the changes.

You will see a small window like this, select Opt out and you changes will be saved.

After that, you will return to the APK upload window, it should look like the image below. In this section you can upload your APK file

NOTE: Remember, your app must be builded in pro to be able to upload it to the Play Store.

Scroll down the page and in the next section, you can add small details of your release.

After that, you can save your changes

NOTE: If you are uploading the Delivery (Drivers) App. On the description of the App, be sure to add: Disclaimer "Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life."

Add images and description

To add images and other data of your app, go to Store presence and then, to Main store listing like the image below

In this section you can add more details of your app. Don't forget to add a good and full description of how your app is going to work.

Scroll down the page, and in the next section you can add your images

First, the logo, this must have the next size: 512x512

Next, the graphic, you can add white image with your logo in the middle this image needs to be in 1024x500 px.

Next, you Smartphone app images.

Then, with your tablet images, drag and drop the Tablet Screenshots (could be the same for 7 and 10 inches)

Now, in the same Store prescence section, go to Store settings and select the category for your app and your tags (You can select Food & drink for your three apps)

Scroll down the page, and in the next section add your email address, phone number and your main website.

To finish this section, let the check box as it appears as default.

App content.

To finish the app set-up, you need to go to Policy section, and select app content in the left side of the account

In the following list, you'll find the answers and options for each of the options.

Privacy Policy · Put your Privacy Policy link or your Website's Link.

Ads · Put No, my app does not contain ads

App access · If you are using the Ordering App, make sure to add the Address for your customer to find your stores, if you are using your Delivery or Business App, make sure to add the credentials there for Google Play agents to test them all.

Content Rating · You need an APK Added after you added that, make sure to set the rating, in the previous step you've already set it up.

Target audience and content · Make sure to add Ads & App Sections before you start with this one, select the correct audience, and the content your App provides.

To complete this section, lets start one by one.

Privacy policy

In this section you only need to add your privacy policy and save the changes.

Content ratings

Here, you need to answer all the questions required by the stores

Write the e-mail where you want to receive the rating-content related reports, confirm it.

Fill the form and if any of your stores sell alcohol or restricted substances mark the related field is yes. Then click Save Questionnaire.

Here, like the previous one, you need to answer some questions of your app

Fill the form and if any of your stores sell alcohol or restricted substances mark the related field is yes. Then click Save Questionnaire.

Send my apps to review.

After this, to send your apps to review, go to production and select your release.

Scroll down and select Review release

Then select Start rollout to Production, this one must be in blue to continue

After the roll-out process to production is in progress it should take about 3 working days to show in the stores on every device, the time of publishing varies according to PlayStore timing.
