Part 1: Enrolling in the Apple Developer Program
To publish apps as a company, you must enroll as an Organization. This allows your apps to display your business name instead of a personal name.
Prepare your Requirements:
An Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled.
A D-U-N-S Number (a unique nine-digit number that identifies your business entity).
Legal Entity Status (to prove you are a registered corporation, LLC, etc.).
Start Enrollment: Go to the Apple Developer Enrollment page.
Select "Organization": When asked for your entity type, select "Organization".
Note: Do not select "Individual" if you want your company name to appear in the App Store.
Enter Business Details: Provide your legal entity name and D-U-N-S number.
Complete Payment: The annual fee is $99 USD.
Verification: Apple will call the headquarters' phone number you provided to verify the person enrolling the company. This usually takes 1β3 business days.
