1. New Order Notification Preferences
Choose how you want to receive visual alerts when a new order enters the dashboard.
No (Temporary): Notifications will appear on the screen for a few seconds and then disappear automatically.
Yes (Persistent): Notifications will remain visible on the screen until an administrator interacts with or closes them manually. This is recommended to ensure no order goes unnoticed.
2. Dashboard Brand Assets
Upload the visual elements that administrators and store owners will see when accessing the platform.
Custom Dashboard Logo: Upload your company logo. This will be prominently displayed on the dashboard login screen.
Dashboard Login Background: Upload a background image for the login page. We recommend a high-resolution image that provides good contrast for the login fields.
Favicon: Upload the small icon that appears in the browser tab. For best results, use a square
.pngor.icofile (e.g., 32x32px).
3. Title & Colors
Title: Enter a custom title for your dashboard. This text will appear in the browser tab and throughout the dashboard interface.
Buttons Colors: Select the primary color for the dashboard buttons using the color picker. This allows you to maintain consistency with your corporate branding.
4. Support Widget
Configure the visibility of the help or chat tool within the administration panel.
Enable Support Widget for Admins
Control who can see the technical support button.
Yes: The support widget will be visible only to Administrators.
βNo: The support widget will be visible to all users on the dashboard.
