Step-by-Step Guide to Manage Countries and Cities

1. Access the Countries/Cities Settings

  • Log in to your OrderingPlus Dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Enterprise Settings section and select Countries/Cities.

2. Searching for a Country or City

  • Use the Search bar at the top of the page to find a specific country or city.

  • Enter the name of the location you are looking for to filter results.

3. Adding a New Country or City

  • In the Countries or Cities section, click on the Add button.

  • Enter the name of the country or city you want to add.

  • Specify any additional details required, like region codes or currency.

  • Click Save to confirm.

4. Enabling or Disabling Locations

  • Find the country or city you want to modify in the list.

  • Click the Enable switch in the Actions column to activate or deactivate the location.

  • A green switch indicates that the location is active, while a grey switch means it's disabled.

5. Deleting a Country or City

  • Locate the country or city you want to remove.

  • Click on the Delete button next to the location’s name.

  • Confirm your action when prompted to ensure that the region is removed from your active list.
