Order Deadlines - SLA

Managing and controlling your businesses is very important to escalate and keep growing.

Learn how it works and how to configure it.

The main objective of this feature is to give your managers a full view of what’s happening with each order and ensure everything is delivered on time.

These deadlines will show you if the order is still in time to be delivered, when it is about to start “extra” time, and when it is already late.

To configure this, you must go to your dashboard in Operation Settings.

Now, go to Operation Settings and click “Yes” in “Enable/Disable Order Deadlines” if this ain’t active, it’ won't work.

Below the enable settings, you’ll see the “Order Deadline Time” this is the extra time your orders will add to your business delivery time.

This is the delivery time specified by the business, and those businesses will set that time in your orders.

If the order is still inside the business delivery time, it’ll show GREEN.

If the order is now using the “extra” time, it’ll show YELLOW.

And if the time ends and the orders are completely out of the delivery time, and extra time, it’ll show RED, and you’ll have to do something about it.
