From your admin panel (Settings → Standard → Platform settings), you can control how new businesses register on your platform.
Allow business registration: Toggle this to let new businesses sign up directly.
Signup approval required: Choose if new accounts need manual admin approval to log in.
This setting gives you full control over who joins and how they access your platform.
If the option you chose were the first, this would be the flow that will appear to the business that wants to register.
First, you must click on Sign up and then on the button "Sign up for business."
Then, the following screen will appear, where the business must fill in the different fields that are requested.
When you click on Submit, a popup will appear with the legend: We will contact you as soon as possible.
The business must wait for the email that will arrive when the Super Admin enables the company from his dashboard.
The Super Admin only has to enable the business, and that's it!
The company will receive the accounts to be able to access its dashboard.
When the Super Admin wants to choose the option that the system automatically enables when the business registers, he will have to do the following.
When the business registers, a popup will appear with the following information.
With this information, the business can access the link provided and only have to fill in the fields shown.
And ready! The business can start using your dashboard.
