🚚 What Is Real-Time Delivery Tracking?

Real-time delivery tracking is a feature that allows customers, admins, and delivery drivers to see live updates of delivery status and driver location on a map. It connects your online ordering system with the driver's app to sync order progress and location in real-time.

Order Is Placed The customer completes an order from your platform.

Driver Accepts the Order The order is assigned to a driver using the dispatch system or manually.

Driver Picks Up the Order Once the driver picks up the order, tracking begins automatically.

Live GPS Tracking Starts The customer receives a link or access to a live map showing:

- Driver’s current location
- Estimated time of arrival
