How It Works
Ordering.co provides two main ways to create promotions:
Advanced Marketing Promotions
This option is recommended to promote a specific group of products or store on a large scale, as well as generate coupons and direct discounts at checkout.
1.-Go to your dashboard and on the left side of the dashboard find the option "Marketing" and click it, when the options menu appears, click on "Advanced offers"
2.-After completing the previous step, a page should appear as shown in the image.
3.-Click on the option "add a new promotion" once you have clicked, a configuration panel should appear to create the promotion. In this configuration panel you can configure the promotion as you want, you can write the name, a brief description of the promotion, date range (when the promotion starts and ends), Label of the promotion and priority option.
4.-In the "Business option" you have to select the store that you want to apply the promotion (if you have more than 1 store you can select multiple stores)
5.-In the “Users” option, you can leave it as default since it applies to all users of the application/store.
6.-In the "Loyalty levels" option, if you application or store have this option activated, you can select which level you want to apply the promotion.
7.-In the "Rules" option you're gonna find a lot of configurations because this option is most important, as here you must select one of the three conditions under which you will apply your promotion: to the subtotal, to specific products, or to specific categories.
8.-"Types of Promotions" Here you can select where you want to apply the promotion that you are creating. Subtotal of the purchase, delivery service or service fee.
9.-"Type of discount and Value" Here you can select if your promotion is gonna run on percentage of discount or a minimum price for the promotion.
10.-"How it's going to be applied" In this option you can assign to the previous option if is going to be a discount or a Coupon and if this promotion activated automatically or public.
11.-"Conditions" Here you can select which conditions triggers this promotion
Example: If your promotion is a 100% free delivery, you can select the option "minimum purchase" that means the customer must make a minimum purchase of $200 for the promotion to apply to their purchase.
*-In this last option, you can modify the name of the condition, assign which store applies this promotion and the products that you want to applies the promotion.-*
Set your promotion as a coupon
1.-Once you have created your coupon, This option is one of the two most important things that you need to configure is decide the date range that you want to apply the promotion-coupon, this date range allows the system applies the promotion-coupon to users. And also need to set up the order priority to determine what kind of order (low, normal, high or urgent) applies this promotion-coupon

2.-Sites option: It's important to select the sites where you want to apply this coupon because if you do not select the sites, the system will not apply the promotions-coupons.

3.-Business option: In this option is where you need to select which stores is gonna apply this promotion-coupon.

4.-Users option: Is where you can select how many people is gonna enjoy this promotion-coupon.

5.-Loyalty levels option: Here you can select if you want to applied this promotion-coupon to any loyalty level or If it doesn't matter the loyalty level for this promotion-coupon.

6.-Rules option: Here you need to specify to the system how this promotion-coupons is gonna work, this means you need to select the "promotion type" (Subtotal, Delivery fee or Service fee), "Discount type" (Percentage or Price), "value" is for the amount of discount or % for the discount, the way you want to applies the promotion-coupon if is gonna be a Coupon or a Discount, automatic offer option applies when you want to apply automatically the promotion-coupon into the check out, public option shows to the user when they log-in in his account and click on his profile.

7.-Conditions option: This is the second most important thing that you need to set up, because this conditions determine how your promotion-coupon it's gonna work, you can select in this option if your promotion-coupon have some rules to apply, example if you want to applies the promotion-coupon to an specific product, specific category, delivery zones, order type, minimum purchase and many others so that's why this option is very important.

Manual Product Discounts
This option is for "Special prices" or "Discounts" that you need to put manually to the items in your store.
1.-In your dashboard find the option "Stores" and click on it and then select the option products.
2.-Once you click on the option "Products" you have to select your store and then all of your products should appears on your screen.
3.-To create an "special price, discount or promotion" manually you need to edit one by one your products, click on the first product on the list, once you click the product you need to find the option "product details" and click on it.
4.-After completing the previous steps, a menu with different options should appear, as shown in the image.
5.-In this new menu, you can add a "special price, promotion or discount" To do this, locate the “price” and “regular price” options. The "price" option is the discounted price, and the "regular price" is the price without the "discount, special price or promotion", in the "Inventory" option, you can assign how many products you want to apply the "special price, discount or promotion".
6.-Once you have assigned a regular price and a discounted price, go to the “Ribbon” option and enable it. This will allow you to add a shape to your product image, with the text you want to add and the color you want.
7.-Once you have completed the previous steps, it should appear as shown in the image on your app or website.
