This guide details the necessary steps to register different profiles within the system, organized by their access category.

πŸ‘₯ Section 1: Management & Customer Users

For Customer, Business Owner, and Admin profiles, the workflow is managed through the main Users module.

User Type

Users > Customers

Add user

2. Business Owner

Add user or Add new user

3. Admin

Users > Business Admins

Add user or Add new user

General Steps:

  1. Login: Access the Dashboard using your credentials.

  2. Navigation: Select the Users option from the main menu.

  3. Selection: Choose the specific category (Customer, Business Owner, or Business Admin).

  4. Action: Click the corresponding add button.

  5. Registration: Fill in the required fields:

    • First Name & Last Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Password

  6. Completion: Press the "Add" button to save the changes.

🚚 Section 2: Delivery Personnel (Logistics)

Operational profiles are managed under the specific delivery module.

4. Driver

  1. Login: Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Navigation: Select the Delivery option from the main menu.

  3. Selection: In the dropdown menu, select Drivers.

  4. Action: Click the "Add new driver" button.

  5. Registration: Complete the personal data (Name, email, phone, and password).

    Important Note: The External ID field is used specifically for third-party integrations.

  6. Completion: Click the "Add" button.

5. Driver Manager

  1. Login: Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Navigation: Select the Delivery option from the main menu.

  3. Selection: In the dropdown menu, select Drivers Manager.

  4. Action: Click the "Add new driver manager" button.

  5. Registration: Fill in the First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Password fields.

  6. Completion: Click the "Add" button.
