Getting Started with the Ordering Driver App

Welcome to the Ordering Driver App. This guide walks you through the essential features of the application, from logging in to successfully completing your deliveries. Watch the video below for a full visual walkthrough, and reference the step-by-step instructions in this article to master the app's workflow.

1. Logging In

  • Enter your assigned Project Name in the designated field.

  • Input your registered Email and Password.

  • Tap the Login button to access your main Orders dashboard.

2. Receiving and Accepting Orders

  • Keep the app open to receive new order alerts instantly on your screen.

  • Tap the pop-up alert to open the specific task.

  • Scroll down to review the business pickup location, customer details, requested items, and order totals.

  • Tap the Accept button at the bottom of the screen when you are ready to take the job.

  • Confirm your estimated delivery time on the next screen and tap Accept again to finalize.

3. Navigation and Routing

  • Open your active order and tap the Map icon located at the top right of the screen.

  • Choose your preferred GPS application from the menu, such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Uber.

  • Follow the external app's customized route to reach the pickup or drop-off location quickly.

4. Updating Order Status

  • Tap Pickup complete in the app once you have secured the items from the business.

  • Tap Arrived to customer upon reaching the final destination.

  • Open the order logs and tap the signature field to collect a digital signature from the customer as proof of handoff.

  • Tap Delivery complete to close the active task and automatically move it to your Completed tab.

5. Reviewing Messages and Logs

  • Navigate to the Messages tab located in the bottom menu bar.

  • Select any previous or current order to view a complete timeline of status changes.

  • Use this hub to review automated system updates and any direct chat communications for that specific delivery.

6. Managing Your Profile

  • Tap the Profile tab in the bottom right corner of the app.

  • Tap the Edit button to update your name, email, or phone number.

  • Tap Schedule to review your assigned working hours.

  • Tap Sessions to view or securely log out of active devices.

  • Select the language dropdown menu to change your app's display language.

7. Using Additional Tools

  • Tap the Filter icon at the top right of the Orders dashboard to search for specific tasks by order number, date, or city.

  • Tap the green Status Dot at the top center of the screen to manually update and verify your live connection to the server.

  • Navigate to the Map View tab at the bottom menu to see a live, bird's-eye view of your current location and surrounding delivery zone.
