On this screen, you'll find the actions you've set up to recover carts that your customers have left abandoned. Here's what a Cart Recovery Automation setup includes:

​Configuring Recovery Actions: Within this module, you can view all the recovery actions already set. In this quick view, you can disable or enable them. Clicking on any of them allows for editing. In the general settings, you'll name this recovery action, add a description, and set a time for when this gets triggered.

  1. Click on one of the actions you've listed on the panel.

  2. It will open a slide with the general information of that action, such as:

    • Name

    • Description

    • Last time cart was opened: either by time or by days. Save your changes.

  3. Notifications: This is where you'll configure how the recovery notifications will look. All you need to do is enable and create the notifications. These messages should be simple yet informative and captivating to encourage the user to return and complete their order. You can opt to send them via Email, SMS, or Push notification.
