Process step by step
Placing an Order
1. Access the Website or App
Customers can start by visiting your business's website or app to place their orders.
2. Enter Delivery Address
After clicking "Enter address," a section will open where the customer can add their delivery address. As they type, Google Maps will help them select the correct location.
Additional fields like Apt/Suite/Floor, postal code, and any special instructions can also be added for more accurate delivery..
3. Select the Business
The platform will then display a list of available businesses that deliver to the provided address. The customer can choose their preferred business from the list.
4. Select Products
Browse the menu of the selected business and choose the products you want. You can add special instructions for each product.

Customers can review their selected products in the cart. If everything looks good, they can proceed by clicking "Checkout" on the website, or by tapping the cart icon at the bottom of the app.
6. Complete the Checkout
On the checkout page, customers can review all the important details—personal information, business details, delivery location, payment method, and a tip for the driver.
Choose your payment method: cash, card on delivery, Stripe, Stripe Connect, PayPal, and more.
7. Place the Order
Once everything is verified, customers can click "Place Order." A summary will then be displayed, showing the order number, status updates, business details, and a map of the delivery location.

Managing the Order
From the Business Dashboard
1. Receive the Order
As a business owner, you will receive a notification on your dashboard when a new order arrives. A popup will appear announcing the new order. Accept or close the popup.
2. Review and Accept the Order
The new order will appear at the top of your dashboard.
By clicking on it, you can view all the order details. Update the status to "Accepted by business" in the dropdown menu.
3. Assign a Driver
To assign a driver, click on "Manually assign a driver." A list of available drivers will appear—choose one to handle the delivery.
4. Update the Order Status
Keep both the customer and the driver in the loop by updating the order status as it progresses. This includes updates like "Driver on his way" and "Delivery complete."
From the Driver App (Point of view of your drivers)
1. Log In and Receive the Order
Drivers log in with their credentials and receive a notification when an order is assigned to them.
2. Review and Accept the Order
Pending orders will be displayed on the app's main screen. By selecting an order, drivers can view all the details, including precise directions to the business using the map icon.

Once at the business, the driver marks "Pickup complete" to indicate that the order has been collected. If the order isn’t ready, the driver can select "Order not ready" and provide additional details.
