By merging the potent capabilities of Deliverect with Ordering's streamlined ordering system, you can now manage not only orders and menus but the entire ordering process efficiently.

Integration Features:

  • From Deliverect to Ordering, you'll receive updates on menus, stores, and products.

  • From Ordering to Deliverect, you'll receive the orders directly in the POS to handle.

That being said, let's jump into the configuration; it will take a few minutes to have it up and running; let us begin.

Integration Setup:

1st, you have to get into your Ordering dashboard, get in your Developers tools, and open "Plugins; once you are there, add the new Deliverect plugin using this URL "https://integrations.ordering.co/deliverect"

Click the Add new plugin button

Add the URL and click on the Plus (+) button

That's it, we've now added the plugin, and now we have to create the API Key, for this, open your "API Keys" and "Add API KEY". This option is also under the Developers section.

Copy this new API Key, you'll need it later.

Ok, now that we've added the plugin and we have the API Key, let's turn on the integration, go to "Plugin Setting," and open "Plugin Deliverect Integration Setting".

Paste the API Key you just created in the "Ordering API Key"

Add the "Client Account ID" This is inside your Deliverect Dashboard

You can copy the ID by just clicking the "ID" button inside your Deliverect dashboard.

🚨 IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE TO REQUEST YOUR DELIVERECT ACCOUNT IN THIS FORM BEFORE CONTINUING THE PROCESS.

After this, let's continue the settings in your Deliverect Dashboard.

Select the location you want to connect and click "edit".

Open the "Ordering Channel Settings", and look for the "External Location ID", inside that field, you'll have to add this; "project=yourproject&api_key=yourapikey"

Of course, replace the variables with your project and API Key created in the Ordering dashboard.

Now, all you have to do is "Save" it, and if you want to turn the store on in your Ordering platform, click "Activate".

The integration also allows for quick and direct menu updates from your Deliverect POS. Once you've configured your new menu in the POS, you can publish the menu, and the products will automatically populate your Ordering Platform. This feature saves time and effort in manual updates.
