The best is that you do not need to configure it; you will have it by default in your order system.
When your customers enter your platform again, a popup will appear with the last order you made, as in the following image.
They will be able to choose how many stars they give to your business, and by clicking on the "Go to review" button, they will be able to continue with their qualifications.
They will have some default options to choose from; if they want to add a separate comment, they can do that too.
And finally, the rating for the product they ordered, and that's it!
You will have your clients' comments and know if you are doing it well or what needs improvement!
