How to Add Product Translations on Your Ordering Platform
Your platform is designed to help you reach every customer — no matter what language they speak. With multi-language support, you can showcase your products, descriptions, and promotions in different languages to improve communication and boost sales.
Here’s how to update your product information in multiple languages:
1. Open the Product You Want to Edit
Start by going to the product you'd like to translate. By default, you’ll see the content in your main language.
⚠️ If you don’t see language options, it means multi-language support isn’t enabled. Please contact your sales representative for assistance.
2. Switch the Platform Language
Use the language selector to switch to the language you want to add.
3. Enter the Translated Name and Description
Update the product name (and description, if needed) in the new language.
4. Save Your Changes
Once saved, your platform will automatically show the correct version to users based on their selected language — both on the customer-facing side and in the admin dashboard.
