Google Analytics

Utilize Google Analytics to track visits, user journeys, and conversion rates across your website and apps.

  • Google Analytics ID: Enter your Measurement ID (usually starts with G-). You can find this in your Google Analytics account under Admin > Data Streams.

Facebook Pixel

Use Facebook Pixel (Meta Pixel) to monitor user activity and measure the effectiveness of your advertising.

  • Enter Facebook Pixel ID: Input your Pixel ID here. This allows you to track actions like "Add to Cart" or "Purchase," which is essential for optimizing Facebook and Instagram ads. You can find this ID in your Events Manager within Facebook Business Suite.

Intercom Live Chat

Provide real-time support to your visitors and customers directly on your platform using Intercom.

  • Activate Intercom Integration:

    • Yes: The Intercom chat bubble will appear on your platform.

    • No: The integration will be disabled and hidden.

  • Enter Intercom API Key: Input the API Key provided by Intercom to authorize the connection and start chatting with your users.

Why use these Integrations?

Marketing Tip: Combining Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel gives you a complete picture of where your customers come from and why they buy. Adding Intercom ensures that if a customer has a question during checkout, you can help them instantly, reducing abandoned carts.

Crucial Step: After entering your IDs or API keys, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to activate these features on your platform.
