We know handling payments for your drivers can seem tricky, but don't worry โ€“ we're here to make it easy.

Here's a simple guide to help you understand how to create invoices and manage payments for your drivers.

Step 1: Understanding the Manual Payment Process

Right now, at Orderingplus, we handle payments for drivers manually. This means you need to create an invoice using our Drivers Invoice feature, and then your accounting team will make the actual payments.

Step 2: Creating an Invoice

  1. Access the Drivers Invoice Feature:

    • Log in to your Orderingplus account.

    • Navigate to the Drivers Invoice section.

    • Percentage Fee: Enter any percentage-based fee the driver should receive.

    • Fixed Fee: Input any fixed amount to be paid.

    • Delivery Price (Percentage): Specify the percentage of the delivery fee that goes to the driver.

    • Driver Tip (Percentage): Indicate the percentage of tips to be given to the driver.

    • Tax: Add any applicable taxes.

    • MISC Amount: Enter any additional miscellaneous amounts.

    • MISC Description: Write a description for any miscellaneous charge.

  4. Additional Information:

    • Notes: Add any extra notes or information relevant to the payment.

Step 3: Generating the Invoice

Once you've filled out all the details:

  • Click on the Save button.

  • A PDF invoice will be generated with all the payment details for the selected driver.

Step 4: Making the Payment

After you have the PDF invoice:

  • Share it with your accounting team.

  • They will use this invoice to process and complete the payments to your drivers.

Important Notes

  • Our platform helps you create detailed invoices, but it does not handle the actual payment transactions. Your accounting team will need to make the payments manually based on the invoice you provide.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and process payments for your drivers on Orderingplus.
