Connect several apps to work together by selecting triggers.

How to Create a Zap

First, we recommend you create a new account on https://zapier.com

Please ask for the Zapier link to our support agents if you have no clue how to do this.

This is an invitation to use our integration with Zapier. Accept the invite by clicking on the following button.

After login in, select "Create New Zap"

Select Trigger Event

The first thing is to select your Trigger action, this could be like when a new user signs up, or when an order is placed. You have many triggers to choose from.

Select the most recent trigger, in this case “Ordering (1.3.0)”

You need to choose the event that will be received from your Ordering project; in this case, select 'New User.' This means that when a new user is registered, it will be the trigger, and information related to the newly registered user will be sent.

The next step is to copy your 'webhook URL,' which you will add to your admin Dashboard:

Once inside your dashboard, navigate to the 'Integrations' section and choose 'Webhooks.'

Select 'Add new webhook,' paste the 'Webhook URL' from the Zap, and choose 'New User' for the trigger (the trigger should match that in the Zap).

NOTE: Don't forget to click the plus '+' button to save the webhook.

Now you can test the Zap and Webhook. In this case, a new user was created, and you can click the 'Test trigger' button on Zapier:

As a result, you can review the information sent from Ordering regarding the registration of the new user. Click on 'Find new records' to load the received information.

If it is correct, you can proceed to the next step.

Select Action

In the next step, you should select the action to be performed. In this case, the action will be to send an email, is necessary to link the Gmail account from which the email will be sent.

NOTE: You can choose any other action you wish to use. In this example, for demonstration purposes, sending an email is used.

In this step, you configure the email's content, sender, and recipient, as well as the email body.

The content of the email is crucial in this case; information about the newly registered user has been added. The email body will include the email of the newly registered user.

NOTE: You can take different information from the webhook and use it. In this case, for demonstrative purposes, only the email of the new user will be taken.

The action of this Zap will be tested by clicking the 'Test step' button. In this case, a new email will be sent, containing information about the newly registered user.

There you go! Now you can create your own Zaps, using different triggers and collecting the information you need.
