Step 1: Install your Driver App

You can install the Driver App by scanning the QR code from your dashboard, or you can download the Ordering Driver App from the app stores to run your tests using the links below:

Note: When opening the app for the first time, make sure to allow location and physical activity permissions.

Step 2: Set up your driver user

First, you need to create a driver user from your dashboard.

You can do this from the “Delivery” section by selecting “Add New Driver” and entering the driver’s information to create the account.

  1. Create your new driver user

  2. Enable your driver user

  3. Add your driver to a delivery group so orders can be assigned to them

You can reference the following image to see the process:

Note: Driver users cannot use email addresses that are already registered as Customer or Administrator accounts.

Step 3: Log in to your Driver App

Use the driver credentials you created earlier:

Note: If you are using the Ordering Driver App downloaded from the app store, the app will first ask for your project name. Simply enter your project identifier (your project name in lowercase and without spaces).

Once you have logged in, ensure that your account is enabled to receive orders in the Profile section:

  • Pending: Displays only pending orders assigned to the driver.

  • In Progress: Shows orders currently in progress (Accepted by the business, Accepted by the driver, etc.).

  • Completed: Shows all completed orders (any completed status).

  • Cancelled: Shows all cancelled orders (any cancelled status).

How to Assign Orders to Your Driver in the App

To assign orders, the Administrator or Business Owner can manually assign them from the Dashboard in the Orders List section:
