1. Go to your Intercom account and open the Settings section

2. On the left sidebar, navigate to Channels and then select Messenger

3. Select the Install tab and choose Install for web

4. At the bottom of the page, enable the Messenger API

5. Scroll down and copy your app_id

6. Add your app_id inside your Ordering Dashboard

7. Once completed, you will be able to see the Intercom chat widget in the profile section of your website
