Open the app and select “Login Now.”
Select “Forgot your password?”
Enter your email address in the Email field and tap the “Recover Password” button. (check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email)
Check your email inbox and open the message with the subject “Forgot password.” Then, click the “here” hyperlink. You will be redirected to your profile.
In the Password field, enter your new password and select the “Update” button.
Go back to “Login Now” and log in using your new password.
