How to Use the Promotions Feature

Steps to Add a New Promotion


​Navigate to Promotions:

  • Click on Promotions.

Add a New Promotion:

  • Click on Add a New Promotion. A new window will open where you need to fill in all the requested information about the promotion.

Complete Promotion Details:

  • Fill in the different fields required for the promotion. This includes details such as the promotion name, description, discount type (percentage or fixed amount), start and end dates, and any specific conditions or exclusions.

Customer Experience with Promotions

Receiving Notifications:

  • When your clients log into their accounts, they will receive a notification about the new promotion.
    ​

Accessing Promotions:

  • Customers can go to their user profile and select Promotions. A window will open showing all the stores with active promotions.
    ​

Viewing Promotion Details:

  • By clicking on a store, a pop-up will open with detailed information about the promotion. Customers can then select Go to Business to view the store and place an order.
    ​

Applying Discounts:

  • If the promotion includes a coupon code, customers can enter the code in the coupon field at checkout. For automatic discounts, the discount will be applied automatically during the checkout process.
