Maximum order weight: Ensure the requested items can be safely transported by your current fleet.
Delivery fee per km: Set dynamic pricing that automatically calculates based on the distance of the errand.
Maximum delivery distance: Keep all requests within your profitable operational radius.
2. A Seamless Customer Experience
Once enabled, your customers will see a "Custom order" button right on your storefront. Requesting a special delivery takes just a few clicks:
Pinpoint Locations: Customers enter their exact pickup and drop-off addresses using an intuitive map interface.
Detailed Instructions: They can add specific notes for the driver, such as "look for the black bags."
Itemized Lists & Declared Value: Customers list exactly what needs to be picked up or purchased. To ensure transparency, they also enter the declared value of the goods.
The system will instantly calculate the delivery fee based on your distance settings, allowing the customer to confirm their total amount and place the order with confidence.
